One measure. One decision.
Short notes from 35 years of building and running businesses. Each one shows a single measure a leadership team tracked, what they saw, and the decision it changed. It's the work we do at Next Sage Group, one piece at a time.
From Bruce's work before Next Sage Group. Client details are withheld, and every chart is illustrative, not the client's data.
One company, three measures
A service company with about $3M in revenue and 30+ employees had fully embraced EOS®. Operations were getting better, yet revenue fell short for months. The leadership team picked four Growth Levers (net clients, cost to deliver, capacity and ICP interest) and watched them as daily trends on a Dashboard. Two years later, they're doing great.
