Who we are

Next Sage Group ("NSG," "we," "us") is a Montana-based firm that helps EOS® companies turn their numbers into a Growth Plan. This policy explains what information we collect through nextsagegroup.com, our emails and the Launch Cohort, how we use it, and the choices you have. You can reach us at bruce@nextsagegroup.com.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us. Name, work email, company, role and phone number when you request the guide, use the Growth Benchmark, apply to the Launch Cohort, book a call or write to us.
• Benchmark answers. The business numbers you enter into the Growth Benchmark.
• Application answers. Company size, revenue range and EOS details you give when you apply to the Launch Cohort, and your acceptance of the Mutual NDA.
• Launch Cohort business data. The totals and counts listed in the Launch Cohort Data Request, after you sign it.
• Basic usage information. Pages visited, device and browser type, and similar technical data collected by our website and email tools.

How we use it

• To send the guide, answer your questions and schedule calls.
• To review Launch Cohort applications and build Growth Plans.
• To send emails you asked for, and occasional updates you can stop at any time.
• To improve our website, content and services.
• To meet legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information.

Launch Cohort data

Business data you send for a Growth Plan is treated more strictly than website information.

• We ask for totals and counts only, not names tied to pay and not personal information about your customers.
• It is stored in a separate Quickbase app that only the named people in your Mutual NDA can see.
• It is used only to build your Growth Plan and to support your company if you choose to continue with us.
• It is not shared with other Launch Cohort companies.
• If you do not move forward, we delete it within 30 days of your decision.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run our business. They handle information only to provide their service to us. They include Webflow (website and forms), MailerLite (email), Calendly (scheduling), Make (connecting these tools), Google Workspace (email and documents) and Quickbase (where Launch Cohort data is stored). We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights. If NSG is ever sold or merged, information may transfer to the new owner under the same protections.

Storage, security, retention and deletion

We limit access to the people who need it and use the security features of the providers above. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

• Website and email contacts: kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
• Launch Cohort data: deleted within 30 days if your company does not move forward.
• Clients: if you become a client, your agreement covers how long we keep your data.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom.
• Ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing bruce@nextsagegroup.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
• Ask us to stop using your information for a purpose you did not expect.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.

Cookies, children, changes and contact

Cookies. Our website and email tools may use cookies and similar technology for basic function and measurement. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Children. Our services are for business owners and leaders. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes. If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, tell you by email.
