Which actions actually move people to the next step, and are we doing them?

The Stuck Stage. Proposals followed up within three days fell from 64% to 19%. Left alone, it keeps falling toward 3%. Restoring the practice to 85% within a month is the pulled forecast.
Illustrative. Juniper Ridge Advisory is a fictional firm with a full year of modeled data, analyzed the way we analyze yours.
Each practice is a hypothesis: if we do X at step N, more people advance. Measure two things separately. Fidelity is the share of eligible people who received the practice as designed: on time, in full, done well. Lift is the conversion rate of people who received it, minus the rate of those who didn't.
A follow-up call within three days of each proposal. If 80% of proposals get the call, and called proposals win 45% against 25% for the rest, the practice is working, and it's being done.
A good idea "didn't work," but nobody can say how often it actually happened.
Test a practice by location, team or time period. Write down what success looks like before you start. Track fidelity weekly.
Time and discipline, mostly from the people doing the practice.
False negatives. Low fidelity plus a poor result tells you nothing about the idea. Fix the execution, then judge the method.
Every Growth Lever on your Dashboard shows where it lands if nothing changes and where it lands if you pull it. The gap is the case for pulling it. Most companies should pull two or three at a time, sometimes four, never five.
