I understand what it feels like to run a company. The days fill up with people, customers and decisions that can't wait. Somewhere in the middle of it you are also supposed to see where the business is headed and what will move it forward.

Every leader struggles to find the few levers that can really move the needle. It isn't a lack of effort or smarts. We know that business and data analysis is not easy. Connecting different pieces of data to find real answers can feel elusive. Most owners have a plan and a set of numbers, and no clear line between them.

We would like to help draw that line, for free. For up to 10 qualifying companies, we are providing our full Growth Plan & Dashboard service at no cost for three months. We call them our Founding Clients.

Is this you?

The Founding Client Program is for a company that:

• had revenue between $2M and $15M in each of the last two years
• has a Leadership Team or management team, or runs on EOS®
• is a privately held company
• has a majority owner involved in daily operations
• has 15 to 100 employees (full-time equivalents plus contractors)
• earns a pretax net profit above 7%, before owner draws and taxes

If one of these doesn't describe your company, apply anyway and help us understand what makes it unique. Applying does not guarantee a spot, and we review every application within two business days. We accept companies in the order they apply, as we have capacity, and may close the program early so every company gets our full attention.

What you get

You get everything a client gets, free for three months:

• Your Growth Lever Analysis. We find which of the 15 Growth Levers and 7 Vital Signs your data can support, where each one stands today, and where it lands if nothing changes.
• Your Growth Plan. Together we pick the two or three Growth Levers that matter most right now. Each one gets an owner, a Rock and a forecast for pulling it.
• Your Dashboard, with one login, updated with your data.
• Two meetings a month: a Growth Plan Review, then a Monthly Results Meeting with your Leadership Team.

Any trend and forecast is a projection, not a promise, and the Growth Plan is not a guarantee of results.

What we ask of you

We try to keep this light, because your time is the scarce thing.

1. Apply. The application includes a short NDA that you sign in the form.
2. Book your Discovery Meeting if you are accepted.
3. Sign the Data Request online. It takes about two minutes.
4. Send your data within 5 business days to a private Google Drive folder shared only with the people named in your NDA.
5. Show up for two meetings a month for three months, with your Leadership Team at the Monthly Results Meeting.

You don't need to clean up your data first. Send it as it is, and we will do the connecting.

How we protect your data

Your data is yours, and we treat it that way. It goes into its own separate Quickbase app, and only the people named in the NDA can see it. We use Claude, from Anthropic, to clean and join it under the same NDA and our Privacy Policy. If you decide not to move forward, we delete it within 30 days. The details are in our Privacy Policy.

What happens after

After three months, you choose. Keep going as a client at $995 a month, plus any add-ons, with no build fee because your Dashboard is already built. Or stop and owe nothing: your written Growth Plan is yours to keep, and Dashboard access ends.
